The Arena Group is building on a respected reputation for delivering bespoke event interiors by announcing an exciting creative alliance with innovative design led furniture provider Penny Banks.

The two companies have implemented a formal working alliance, with over a decade of working together on events such as the Scottish Open Golf and The Wimbledon Championships. The new agreement is based on mutual respect and understanding and will advance the capability of delivering prestigious event environments matched to the brand expectations of the organisers and their supporting stakeholders.

Penny Banks bespoke design service is underpinned by an inventory of award winning ranges of contemporary event furniture, often custom manufactured. These services and ranges will now all be available through Arena’s project managers to the Group’s clients, adding to the Spaceworks furniture range, which as part of the Arena Group has traditionally focused on supplying the wider events marketplace.

This cohesive collaboration, along with Arena, Spaceworks and Penny Banks extensive experience for the events, venues and exhibitions industry, will offer an extended range of luxury tailored designed fittings and furnishings, while still providing the more standard furniture.

Grahame Muir, Arena Group managing director comments: “The Arena Group is increasingly being entrusted to supply complete event overlay solutions. Adding Penny Banks capabilities to those of Arena and Spaceworks means we have a more comprehensive offering when it comes to contemporary event interiors. This creative alliance emphasises our dedication to offering our clients design led event environments that reflect their aspirations for their events and their brands.

“Combining Arena and Spaceworks’ experience and knowledge along with that of  Penny Banks’ re-iterates our ambition to continue to push boundaries and offer solutions that are imaginative and affordable, which meet and exceed our client’s and the industry’s expectations.”

The companies’ first project to mark the new alliance will be the Barclays ATP world tour finals held in the O2 Arena, London 20th-27th November.

Penny Horner, Penny Banks director states: “We are incredibly excited to form this creative alliance with the Arena Group. We feel this will enable clients of both organisations to benefit from a unique and broader spectrum of unrivalled product and service.”
